Who is Your “Agent”?

Traveling is made possible by teamwork between dedicated travelers and recruiters. Travelers with drive, whom develop strong relationships with their recruiters, tend to have the best assignments. They love their decision of traveling as a career choice. When searching for a company to travel with, agencies often offer similar perks (per diems, travel allowances, etc.). Finding a recruiter who connects with you and genuinely cares for you, seems to make the biggest difference traveler satisfaction with their agency representation. Traveling is a relationship driven business, and without a strong relationship, travelers don’t feel like they have that anchor while moving around the country. Candidates need to have faith in their recruiter that they are working in their best interest to find the best jobs and highest pay packages.  They are their “agent” and representing them to facilities nationwide. Make sure you have the best “agent” for you!
