Types of Placements

Travel

If you enjoy traveling to new places, meeting new people, and facing new challenges, travel healthcare is perfect for you! Anders Group can place you in a job anywhere in the United States. You will work for a facility on a short-term contract basis, usually 13 to 26 weeks. Your compensation is typically higher in travel and you will receive benefits from day one. The best part? Every day is an adventure!

Local Contract

If you need to stay close to home but aren’t ready to commit to a full-time position, try working on contract within your community. You can select how many hours you want to work – from full shifts to just a couple of days a week. You’ll still receive the higher rate of pay without a long term commitment.

Temporary to Permenant

Temporary to permanent hires are perfect for “trying on the job you want”. It’s a way for you to ease into a permanent position, so you can determine if it’s a good fit for you. Anders Group will place you as a contract-to-hire employee with a facility so you can experience the responsibilities, environment, and organization before either party makes a permanent decision. If it is a match, you can accept their offer for permanent employment.

Direct Hire

Anders Group can place you into a permanent position, whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned professional. Our nationwide network of contacts is brimming with positions across the United States. Whether you are looking for a change of scenery or a new challenge, we are the ones who can help you find and plan your new beginning.
