  • Temporary: Contract professionals are available for short term contracts, typically 13 weeks in length, to help fill an urgent staffing need. The length of the contract can vary to match your needs. This is typically the quickest solution for a staffing need.   • Temporary-to-Hire: This a great option for a facility looking to fill an immediate need but allows an extended interview process. While the employee is on contract, you can truly see if their skill set is a good match for your team long term. If so, they will transition to your team as a permanent employee. This helps reduce the risk of bad hires and you will be confident you are bringing on the best possible talent.
  • Permanent Placement: Allow Anders Group to manage your search for key permanent positions. It is hard to source permanent candidates and getting your need in front of those looking.
