What do you like about working with Anders Group?

Everything has  gone pretty smoothly and I have landed a job through Anders which I enjoy. it  is  in a  beautiful  area of New Mexico working  with  friendly people!

Why do you love working with your recruiter?

Ruba, my  recruiter  is  super  fun  and  easy  going to  work  with.

What made you get into traveling?

It all  started  on  my  first  trip  to  Europe  at  age  19,  I  was  instantly  hooked  and  there  was  no  way  I  was  ever  going  to  stop  traveling.

So far, what has been your favorite assignment location and why?

This is  my  first  Anders  assignment  here  in New Mexico. It is  definitely my  favorite  as  far  as  being  in a  unique beautiful   area  and  working with  great   helpful  people!

Where are some dream locations you’d love to work?

I  had  previously  worked  in Alaska  and I  definitely  would  return  there  for  sure.  Also I  want  to try  the  Northeast  USA  (New England)

What is your favorite thing about traveling?

The  endless  incredible  surprises .

What were some struggles you’ve faced while traveling?

How  to  pack,  how  to  arrange  where  to  stay,  getting  a  car  etc.

Do you have any crazy “while on assignment” stories for us? Please Share!

Nothing  super  crazy  but just  amazing;   while  on  assignment  in Alaska, I stayed there  for a  month  after  the  assignment  ended,  rented  a  car,  drove  across  the  state,  stopping  to  camp,  hike, explore  the  area.  It  was  so  mind-blowing,  bears, moose, elk,  huge  glaciers  to  hike  around,  endless  mountains and the  ocean.

So  after  driving  across  Alaska,  I  dropped  the  rental  car  off  and  got  on a  shuttle  to  a  cruise  ship  and  took  this  incredible  cruise  down  along  the  coast  of  Alaska  and  Canada  ending  in Vancouver,  making  amazing  stops  along  the  way.

What are some items on your must-have list when packing for an assignment?

Camping/hiking gear,  basic  essentials  (clothes  for  all  different  weather) extra  good  shoes.

If you met someone that was considering travel, what pearls of wisdom would you give them?

Don’t  listen  to  what  90%  of  the  people  in  the  world  tell you  about  staying  put  and  being  “responsible”  Go  Out  There  and EXPLORE!!    This  is  the  one  chance  we  get  in life to  go  out  and  EXPERIENCE  it!
