We typically utilize an all-inclusive hourly rate.

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Anders Group will get the details of the position from you, so we can send the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates. You will review potential candidates and let your Anders Group coordinator know who you are interested in pursuing through a phone interview. This is the best time to really get to know the candidate to determine if they will be a fit for your team. If a fit, you will make an offer with your Anders Group coordinator, and upon acceptance, we will begin the compliance process for your required standards to have by candidate start date.

The timeframe for successfully finding an employee for you will vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending you the most qualified applicants. The quickest staffing solution is typically a travel placement.

We have an internal compliance list for all Anders Group employees. Please request this itemized list or copies of documents at any time. We can also request additional items per facility requirements if certain documents are needed that are not on our list.

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with a candidate placement. We will work to remedy the situation, or if necessary, provide notice and end the placement.
