Our employees’ health and safety is our highest priority. We understand that our Anders Group travelers are likely working at the front lines of this pandemic, and we will support you in any way we can. We are thankful for your service during this time. With this goal in mind, all Anders employees will be guaranteed hourly wages, including meal and lodging stipends, while away from home, for up to 14 days, if you are required to a mandatory quarantine due to COVID-19 work exposure or potential work exposure.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and will take into consideration any future developments and adjust this policy, if needed.

Are we getting paid if we are required to go into quarantine for exposure (or potential exposure) to COVID-19 while under contract? Yes, Anders is here to support you. Anders employees will receive their guaranteed hourly wages, including meal and lodging stipends while away from home, for up to 14 days, if you are required to mandatory quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure or potential exposure.

 

What will be the procedure if we get sick or have a fever while on assignment? Please let your facility supervisor and your Anders recruiter know as soon as possible. Please follow the facility-mandated procedures, up to and including quarantine, if directed. Anders is there to support you and will continue to pay you full pay – both taxed hourly pay and stipends.

 

What if the hotel won’t let me stay if I have to self-isolate? We have not heard of this situation occurring. If this does occur, we will work with you to find other housing accommodations.
