Anders Group's Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

Today, more than ever, corporate social responsibility puts an emphasis on community involvement and allows companies to demonstrate their values and attitude toward the communities they serve. Community involvement is a way for companies to earn their customers’ loyalty by showing they care, holding the promise that public participation can influence decisions that impact services, future visions, and sustainability of the community.

Anders Group participates in numerous events and community programs which benefit communities throughout the country. We believe in giving back to the community, taking an active role in community development, helping community members succeed, and helping foster a deeper sense of unity across communities everywhere.

Compassion and Connection at DFW Humane Society

We were also proud to support their mission beyond volunteering by sponsoring a table at their annual gala. Thank you to the DFW Humane Society for the incredible work you do—we’re honored to be part of it!

Our team had an amazing day volunteering at the DFW Humane Society! We started with a behind-the-scenes tour and learned about their mission and the challenges they face in rescuing and rehoming animals. Then we got hands-on—making toys and cozy “lovies,” walking pups, and playing with the sweetest cats.

UT Dallas Capstone Senior Student Project

Anders Group partners with a class of 10 university students on a semester-long project that will allow them to develop innovative solutions to real-life business problems. Students work on projects throughout the semester as part of their capstone senior project in small groups and under the guidance of faculty and company advisors.

The Family Place

Anders Group donated our ping pong table to The Family Place, a shelter for victims of domestic violence. As it turned out, the ping pong table was a huge hit with the teens and younger kids, bringing bright smiles to their faces and opening an easier line of communication for new teens and shy kids coming into the facility. The mini golf station which we also donated also found popular appeal. The Family Place has been helping victims of family violence in North Texas since 1978, helping victims to become survivors.

The Main Place

At Anders Group, we believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting those in need. Our team had the privilege of spending a day at The Main Place, a local nonprofit that serves individuals and families at risk of homelessness, including homeless teens, victims of domestic violence, and those affected by natural disasters.

Susan G. Komen Pink Walk

For a number of years during the fall season, Anders Group has rallied our employees to participate in the Susan G. Komen Pink Walk event. In support of those looking for strength to move forward and to remember those lost, the Anders Group team contributes time and dedication to help raise money to end breast cancer forever.

Irving Cares Food Pantry

The entire Anders Group team of 50+ employees volunteered for a full day at the Irving Cares Food Pantry to help sort food and get donations ready for distribution. The Irving Cares Food Pantry provides nutritious groceries to feed each member of a household three meals a day for a week. Everyone needing food is seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Most visits are completed in an hour.

Able Foundation

Anders Group supports the work of the ABLE Foundation, with our employees who volunteer to drive to pick up supplies and deliver them to children with medical needs when they are hospitalized.

The ABLE Foundation works to raise and distribute funds to support children and their families, and to encourage their healthcare providers. Along with ABLE, Anders Group believes that, together, we are all ABLE to make a difference.
