Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary:
Due to our continued growth, Anders Group has an opportunity for you to join one of the fastest growing Staffing Companies in the industry. Anders Group is looking for an ambitious and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to screen and present candidates to clients as directed by Anders Group, to deliver high quality nurses and allied professionals for assignment with Anders Group’s clients (each, a “Traveler”), and to build and maintain strong relationships with travelers and Anders Group’s clients. The Recruiter must be self-motivated, sales driven, and have excellent relationship building skills. The Healthcare Recruiter will routinely report to supervisors regarding the status of work projects and participate in training as directed by their supervisor.
What the Healthcare Recruiter does every day:
- Talk, talk, talk, talk! Talking to candidates on the phone, email, social media etc.
- Organize – alas the admin part. Gathering, reformatting and preparing docs for submittal.
- Move! It’s never a dull day, never a slow day, we have thousands of jobs a week to fill.
- Work with providers to make some money for everyone!

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct calls, follow up with job board applicants, and track availability dates as part of sourcing potential traveler candidates within the sector for possible hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
2. Utilize multiple recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
3. Screen, interview, and assess potential traveler candidates at various levels via telephone and email and report information obtained regarding potential traveler candidates to supervisors for consideration.
4. Timely and responsible communication with potential traveler candidates identified by the Recruiter, develop a relationship with their recruits, and encourage candidate long-term employment with Anders Group.
5. Educate potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with Anders Group and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
6. Negotiate and educate candidates on compensation packages and present potential traveler candidates profiles to Anders Group’s clients.
7. Search for and identify potential opportunities for assignment of potential traveler candidates recruited.
8. Secure in a timely manner and verify documentation necessary for travelers to commence their assignment with an Anders Group client.
9. Maintain consistent contact with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service and continue building relationships with travelers.
10. Recruiter is responsible for reporting to their supervisor any “red flag” concerns with or about travelers on assignment
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related experience, preferably in the health care or sales industries preferred.
- Staffing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook.
- Sales mentality with closing ability.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM in the office

Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
Anders Group is looking for an organized, creative professional to partner in managing our weekly external payroll, which includes gathering their timecards, auditing them for accuracy, entering them into our internal system and ADP, and following up with all discrepancies immediately. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills that can think outside of the box and anticipate next steps.
What the Payroll Specialist does every day:
- Ensure timecards are received weekly from all travelers
- Review timecards from our Salesforce portal and required client systems IE Kronos
- Enter time and process weekly payroll through ADP WFN
- Discuss questions/complaints with employees as needed

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and calculate weekly timesheets from Traveling Healthcare Professionals that include, but is not limited to, hours worked, on call, call back etc.
- Enter and process payroll accurately and timely.
- Process employee Time & Attendance data from the multiple systems in ADP and Salesforce with extreme attention to detail
- Assist external employees with questions or concerns regarding their pay
- Maintain internal relationships with excellent communication skills and team work
- Maintain all SIT and SUI documentation.
- First line of contact for payroll calls
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships through skilled communication with internal and external employees regarding payroll questions
- Complete and take ownership for various projects and/or reports as assigned by management
- Develop and maintain tax information for states required.
- Maintain contractual additional pay items (travel reimbursement, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
Skills:
- ADP Experience required; ADP WFN experience preferred
- Medical staffing/agency experience is required
- Multistate experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
- Detailed oriented and able to shift focus as needed
- Take initiative to see areas of improvement
- Computer savvy

- Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems

Recruiting Manager

Job Summary:
The Recruiting Manager is primarily responsible for supervising, managing, and mentoring members of the Anders Group recruiting team while maintain a book of business with Nursing and Allied Healthcare professionals. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for ensuring that each of their team members is given every opportunity to grow and be successful at the Anders Group.
What the Recruiting Trainager does every day:
- Everything needed to manage a team of successful recruiters
- Track recruiters’ day to day activity and their progress toward weekly goals
- Responsible for daily training of JR recruiters until they get out of their production ramp up period
- Listening to recruiter calls to find opportunities for additional training
- Making daily outgoing recruiting communications to develop recruiting pipeline for own personal production
- Be the go-to person for questions from recruiters, candidates and clients

Job Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the team members, and providing necessary support to enable team members to develop and maintain their relationships with Travelers and Anders Group clients
- Recruiting Manager must be available to assist team members with all aspects of healthcare recruiting including but not limited to: conflict resolution, compliance, and qualification calls.
- Monitor individuals’ and team’s performance, appraising team members’ productivity and efficiency
- Set individual performance goals with team members
- Assist Recruiting Team with and ensure they are creating accurate contracts and communication with clients and candidates
- Identify, manage and meet with underperforming team members whose performance does not meet quarterly average sales goal as set by leadership team, discuss action plans or performance improvement plans and supervision as needed.
- Provide training and support to team members to encourage their growth and development within the company
- Interview potential candidates for recruiting positions
- Make recommendations to Anders Group leadership regarding the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, and demotion of the team
- Develop and recommend to Anders Group leadership action plans or performance improvement plans with regard to underperforming team members
- Monitor recruiting team members paid time off
- Conduct scheduled meetings with Anders Group leadership to discuss team’s performance and goals
- Recruiting Manager will maintain their role as a Healthcare Recruiter to deliver high quality travel nurse and allied healthcare professionals by building and maintaining strong relationships with travelers and clients to help drive revenue through business development.
- Ensure efficient and informative inter-department communications between team members and other Anders Group departments.
- Work closely with Ownership and Leadership on the implementation of policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related Management experience, preferably in the health care or sales industries.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all billing for larger, assigned MSP accounts
- Enter and verify time on a weekly basis per external clients requirements
- Create and review invoices for to ensure billing accuracy
- Respond to inquiries promptly by phone and email from external clients to resolve time processing and billing discrepancies.
- Build client relationships to maintain proper communication.
- Address unpaid invoices via phone or email with clients to ensure timely payment
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance and process improvement
- Assist Accounting department with projects as needed.
- Work quickly and efficiently, with minimal oversight to accomplish assigned duties.

Director of Recruiting

Job Summary:
The Director of Recruiting is responsible for leading Travel Allied and Nursing recruiting and financial performance. This individual will be responsible for mentoring and measuring the success of the recruitment management team, including all efforts and activities to ensure the team is given every opportunity to grow and be successful at Anders Group.
The Director must demonstrate strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, communication and performance-coaching skills. The Director of Recruitment is a trusted advisor and mentor for the recruiting/sales team and is responsible for answering questions, facilitating requests, assigning workload, performance reporting, resolving concerns, and handling client escalations. Recruiting team performance/retention/satisfaction, client satisfactions are among the metrics used to define the success of the person in this role.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Leads and develops local recruiting management team
• Organizes and oversees performance of recruiting managers to build and grow teams
• Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for management team
• Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations with management team
• Effectively communicates processes and updates to team in order to ensure consistent application of platforms and tools
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Anders Group policies
• Lean into our relationship driven model to provide consistent recruitment experience for travelers
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Creates an environment where team members embrace Anders Group mission, vision and values in their duties and responsibilities
• Provides leadership to the recruiting team
• Demonstrated ability to consistently motivate and encourage recruiters to ensure recruitment placement quotas are met
• Reviews and analyzes recruitment placements and operational travelers on assignment (TOA’s) reports; uses data to project placements, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
• Identifies and analyzes client preferences to properly direct recruitment efforts
• Identifies lead source opportunities for continued revenue growth
• Sets quotas for recruitment team, including goals and bonus structures
• Consults with existing and potential clients to understand their needs; identifies and suggests services that will meet those needs
• Resolves client complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient recruitment operations
• Collaborates with department heads including executive leadership, as necessary to establish recruitment best practices, sales quotas, business strategies and recruiter development efficiencies
• Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses
• Continuous development and refinement of processes, policies, and procedures within the organization.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, in-office.
