Contract Manager

Job Summary:
The Contract Manager will serve as a primary liaison with account managers to guide them through the contract process. The Contract Manager will collaborate with Legal, Compliance etc., teams to ensure compliance with legal standards, federal, state and local laws. The Contract Manager will provide recruitment subject matter expertise, user counselling, problem resolution, and management reporting.
What the Contracts Manager does every day:
- Ensure all contract efforts align with client Master Services Agreement and are updated in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Payroll to ensure Contracts meet Compliance requirements at Federal, State and Client level
- Bring innovation to the table to improve processes, workflows and contract efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts associated with the Contract Life cycle Management for Sales/Staffing Contracts
- Provide guidance on relevant contingent workforce legislation
- Provide Support and advice on new business opportunities
- Work with clients and account managers to have all client-required contract terms completed for all new contractor starts and all contractor extensions
- Draft and revise contracts as needed
- Negotiate to address any variances in contracts during procurement phase
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Payroll, IT etc. teams to ensure business practices align with federal, state and local laws
- Ensures compliance of all existing and new contracts including research, statistical reporting etc.
- Create and maintain accurate account, facility, deal sheet and job records in Salesforce CRM
- Recommend improvements and innovations to improve all aspects of contract process and accuracy
- Communicate and manage contract process workflow
- Build Contracts team to meet company's growth goals
- Assist in the development and definition of processes, documentation of processes, project plans etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of Contract Experience, preferred Healthcare Staffing environments
- Leadership experience
- Experience working directly with sales team, Legal team and leadership
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong relationships building skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with relevant contingent workforce legislation (including co-employment, overtime etc...)
- Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree preferred. Health care administration or a related field preferred

Contract Specialist

Job Summary:
Anders Group is looking for a proactive, solution oriented professional to join our team as a Contract Specialist. The Contract Specialist will audit all outgoing contracts, client and candidate information in CRM. Our ideal candidate must be open to learning, coachable, have strong communication and critical thinking skills.
The Contract Specialist will create accurate internal documentation with extreme attention to detail to track all client and candidate agreements and prompt internal processes. They will work consistently with the Sales team and Risk/Compliance Manager.
What the Contract Specialist does every day:
- Review all staffing agreement (candidate contracts) to ensure compliance with client terms
- Add/updated Client terms/contracts to in our system (e.g. MSP Fees, OT rules etc.)
- Partner with various departments/team members for any issues/questions

Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct calls, follow up with job board applicants, and track availability dates as part of sourcing potential traveler candidates within the sector for possible hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
2. Utilize multiple recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
3. Screen, interview, and assess potential traveler candidates at various levels via telephone and email and report information obtained regarding potential traveler candidates to supervisors for consideration.
4. Timely and responsible communication with potential traveler candidates identified by the Recruiter, develop a relationship with their recruits, and encourage candidate long-term employment with Anders Group.
5. Educate potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with Anders Group and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
6. Negotiate and educate candidates on compensation packages and present potential traveler candidates profiles to Anders Group’s clients.
7. Search for and identify potential opportunities for assignment of potential traveler candidates recruited.
8. Secure in a timely manner and verify documentation necessary for travelers to commence their assignment with an Anders Group client.
9. Maintain consistent contact with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service and continue building relationships with travelers.
10. Recruiter is responsible for reporting to their supervisor any “red flag” concerns with or about travelers on assignment
Minimum Requirements
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related experience, preferably in the health care or sales industries preferred.
- Staffing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook.
- Sales mentality with closing ability.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM in the office

Payroll Manager
Job Summary:
Anders Group is looking for a precise, analytical self-starter to lead our payroll functions. The Payroll Manager will oversee the team in charge of processing weekly medical staffing timecards for a 40+ state hourly payroll. This role will ensure accurate and efficient payroll cycles, oversee system enhancements, effectively process financial reports and maintain compliance with Federal, State and local laws.
Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of multi state payroll regulations. We also value integrity, quality and strong organizational skills. The goal is to ensure our payroll procedures are compliant, efficient, and current.
What the Payroll Manager does every day:
- Work with Payroll team to make sure timecards are collected and totaled correctly
- Review timecards for state compliance IE: California travelers taking breaks and meal times
- Supervise the Payroll team with uploading payroll into ADP
- Be the go to for questions, concerns and issues

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the preparation of weekly multi-state payroll, including garnishments, deductions, taxes for over 300 medical staffing employees
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, job changes, state changes) and system changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, federal, state and local by partnering with Compliance and Legal team etc. enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management/recruitment on needed actions.
- Maintain ADP SmartCompliance and address any issues as necessary
- Resolve and address payroll discrepancies including root cause analysis
- Manage payroll tax audits
- Collaborate with Billing, IT, Compliance and Legal etc. teams
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related concerns
- Supervise and coach payroll team
- Maintains payroll staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains payroll staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of payroll management experience, with a focus on multi-state payroll for hourly employees. Staffing Agency or Healthcare facility a plus.
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of multi-location/multi-state payroll and taxes
- Familiar with ADP Workforce Now.
- Eye for detail with an analytical mind and excellent math skills. Excel is a plus.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; professional certification (e.g. CPP, CPM) is a plus

- Enter and verify time on a weekly basis per external clients requirements
- Create and review invoices for to ensure billing accuracy
- Respond to inquiries promptly by phone and email from external clients to resolve time processing and billing discrepancies.
- Build client relationships to maintain proper communication.
- Address unpaid invoices via phone or email with clients to ensure timely payment

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruiting Manager will maintain their role as a Healthcare Recruiter to deliver high quality travel nurse and allied healthcare professionals by building and maintaining strong relationships with travelers and clients to help drive revenue through business development.
- Ensure efficient and informative inter-department communications between team members and other Anders Group departments.
- Work closely with Ownership and Leadership on the implementation of policies and procedures.
