Job Summary:

As Anders Group, LLC’s Quality and Compliance department grows, an efficient Clinical profession who excels at multi-tasking and communication with internal and external clients is needed to increase Anders Group’s quality. The Clinical Liaison will be extremely organized and work with the Director of Quality and Compliance to address all Clinical issues and concerns regarding Anders Group travelers in a professional manner. They will work with Compliance and Recruiting to build, improve and uphold Incident Report procedures in an effort to increase the Quality of Anders Group’s travelers.
Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented, self-starter who enjoys working and communicating with a variety of internal and external clients. They must possess the ability and desire to learn and master reporting and tracking tools and systems to increase efficient.

What the Clinical Liaison does every day:
• Reviewing what we can do to increase our Quality!
• Review and discuss Incidents involving our candidates and communicate with all parties as needed
• Document, Document, Document
• Coach candidates, recruiters and all necessary parties as needed
• Work with Quality department to ensure all required documentation is in place
• Be the go-to person for questions from recruiters, candidates and management for Incidents

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Address received Clinical Incident reports from Anders Group’s clients or travelers within 24 hours via phone
  2. Discuss reported clinical issues, provide coaching and document the traveler’s response
  3. Maintain accurate records of all Incident Reports to share department and company wide
  4. Provide professional and ethical recommendations for Anders Group, LLC regarding an ongoing professional relationship with travelers
  5. Prepare and lead coaching for Anders Group corporate employees to identify potential quality, clinical red flags with travelers
  6. Create and implement process improvement regarding Incident Report workflows for travelers including probationary periods, follow ups and document
  7. Prepare and discuss Incident reporting procedures and specific incidents during The Joint Commission audits
  8. Track and complete Performance evaluations for all travelers that complete Anders Group assignments
  9. Attain and maintain America Heart Association Instructor certification to hold virtual BLS, ACLS and PAL courses for Anders Group current or future travelers
  10. Manage and oversee Nursing Pool Licenses by state (may need to obtain additional State Licenses)
  11. Complete 3rd reference checks for travelers that are new to Anders Group
  12. Partner with Human Resources to create documentation, forms etc. for Anders Group travelers
  13. Actively communicate with applicable Anders Group travelers to monitor and document radiation badge readings and report
  14. Take ownership and complete additional projects as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Hold an active RN license
  2. Successful clinical, healthcare background
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Health Science field
  4. Knowledge of clinical policies, practices and procedures
  5. Must have working knowledge of clinical environments including but not limited to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, home health etc.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication and coaching skills

Compliance Officer

What the Compliance Officer does every day:

• Research state regulations when needed
• Review and update policies
• Evaluate company’s compliance efforts to create new processes to guarantee Anders is 100%

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply and maintain a strong working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulation
• Manage and maintain all compliance documentation to comply with state and federal requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Review, update and maintain standards, policies and procedures against OIG guidelines

• Organize and initiate all efforts to maintain and grow Nursing Pool licensure for Anders Group

Compliance issues in the Compliance log to identify and communicate trends
• Audit and review Compliance workflows as needed to ensure Compliance policies and

• Assist in mitigating and investigating HIPPA breaches
• Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective
compliance training program for Anders Group employees, travelers and client contacts as needed
• Take part in any the investigation and response to any compliance reviews or investigations or
conducted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Civil Rights or other
regulatory bodies
• Build and sustain positive relationships with Anders Group leaders
• Provides regular reports and as directed or requested, to keep leadership informed of the operation
and progress of compliance efforts.
• Coordinate Compliance and Quality meetings (scheduling, agenda, minutes and others)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or Nursing preferred)

• At least 3 years of applied working knowledge of HIPPA Privacy and Security Law, multiple State

Credentialing Specialist

Anders Group is currently looking for an organized, results driven Credentialing Specialist to ensure compliance for new hires and maintaining compliance files. This requires an understanding of the compliance process and documents needed in the healthcare field for employment as well an understanding of the Joint Commission.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of credentialing/re-credentialing healthcare professionals, to include but not limited to processing Anders Group application/documents, performing primary source verifications, immunization records, etc. and accurately loading provider information in the Credentialing portal
• Collaborate with recruiters to obtain credentialing requirements per client
• Review credentialing application for completeness, log and request missing documentation

Work closely with candidates and recruiters to obtain all required compliance documentation prior to candidate’s start date

• Manage quick turnaround times to meet required deadlines
• Coordinate with clients’ credentialing staff to confirm candidate’s compliance is documented
correctly and in a timely manner
• Gather and maintain compliance items for our healthcare professionals
• Upload and track compliance items in the appropriate client portal
• Perform background checks with our screen services
• Schedule necessary testing and immunizations (drug tests, MMR, Varicella, etc.)
• Complete all required documentation and file accordingly files and in our internal system
• Maintain files for any upcoming expiring documents
• Have a deep understanding of the Joint Commission certification

Desired Skills and Experience

• HS Diploma required. Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, federal and state regulations
• Minimum two years of credentialing experience required
• Prior experience in Staffing industry is preferred
• Certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.

    1. Conduct calls, follow up with job board applicants, and track availability dates as part of sourcing potential traveler candidates within the sector for possible hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.

    2. Utilize multiple recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
    3. Screen, interview, and assess potential traveler candidates at various levels via telephone and email and report information obtained regarding potential traveler candidates to supervisors for consideration.
    4. Timely and responsible communication with potential traveler candidates identified by the Recruiter, develop a relationship with their recruits, and encourage candidate long-term employment with Anders Group.
    5. Educate potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with Anders Group and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
    6. Negotiate and educate candidates on compensation packages and present potential traveler candidates profiles to Anders Group’s clients.
    7. Search for and identify potential opportunities for assignment of potential traveler candidates recruited.
    8. Secure in a timely manner and verify documentation necessary for Travelers to commence their assignment with an Anders Group client.
    9. Maintain consistent contact with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service and continue building relationships with Travelers.
    10. Recruiter is responsible for reporting to their supervisor any “red flag” concerns with or about
    Travelers on assignment

Minimum Requirements

  1. Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related experience, preferably in the health care or sales industries preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the team members, and providing necessary support to enable team members to develop and maintain their relationships with Travelers and Anders Group clients
  2. Recruiting Manager must be available to assist team members with all aspects of healthcare recruiting including but not limited to: conflict resolution, compliance, and qualification calls.
  3. Monitor individuals’ and team’s performance, appraising team members’ productivity and efficiency
  4. Set individual performance goals with team members
  5. Assist Recruiting Team with and ensure they are creating accurate contracts and communication with clients and candidates
  6. Identify, manage and meet with underperforming team members whose performance does not meet quarterly average sales goal as set by leadership team, discuss action plans or performance improvement plans and supervision as needed.
  7. Provide training and support to team members to encourage their growth and development within the company
  8. Interview potential candidates for recruiting positions
  9. Make recommendations to Anders Group leadership regarding the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, and demotion of the team
  10. Develop and recommend to Anders Group leadership action plans or performance improvement plans with regard to underperforming team members
  11. Monitor recruiting team members paid time off
  12. Conduct scheduled meetings with Anders Group leadership to discuss team’s performance and goals
  13. Recruiting Manager will maintain their role as a Healthcare Recruiter to deliver high quality travel nurse and allied healthcare professionals by building and maintaining strong relationships with travelers and clients to help drive revenue through business development.
  14. Ensure efficient and informative inter-department communications between team members and other Anders Group departments.
  15. Work closely with Ownership and Leadership on the implementation of policies and procedures.

  1. Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related Management experience, preferably in the health care or sales industries.
