Job Summary:

Anders Group is looking for a proactive, solution oriented professional to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate must be open to learning, coachable, have strong communication and critical thinking skills.

 

The Client Support Specialist will create accurate internal documentation with extreme attention to detail to track all client and candidate agreements and prompt internal processes.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Learn and utilize contracting tracking tools and systems
  2. Become familiar with Healthcare/Staffing contract terms and meanings
  3. Review contract terms to ensure the company’s compliance to these terms
  4. Enter accurate contract terms into contract tracking tools/systems to ensure consistent applications of standardized requirements and terms
  5. Communicate and partner with recruitment team members regarding contractual obligations, inconsistencies and questions
  6. Assisting internal production team with execution of contract terms and conditions as it relates to candidate qualification and credentialing requirements
  7. Ensure outgoing contracts are reviewed and sent out with appropriate sense of urgency
  8. Assist with workflow development and/or implementation
  9. Take ownership of additional projects as necessary or assigned
  10. Promote direct, honest, open and timely communication

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Ability to work effectively and collaborate cross-organizationally with multiple internal teams
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Curiosity and willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise
  5. Ability to embrace change, be adaptable and open to new ideas
  6. Fluency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Schedule:  Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday.

Job Summary

Anders Group is currently looking for an organized, results driven Credentialing Specialist to ensure compliance for new hires and maintaining compliance files. This requires an understanding of the compliance process and documents needed in the healthcare field for employment as well an understanding of the Joint Commission.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and enjoys working independently to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

What the Credentialing Specialist does every day:

  • Owns our candidate’s credentialing experience to make it as efficient and positive as possible to keep them coming back for more
  • Support internal and external customers through all the moving parts that is the credentialing process through email, phone and text
  • Navigate and learn client portals and protocols to upload required documents

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all aspects of credentialing/re-credentialing healthcare professionals, to include but not limited to processing Anders Group application/documents, performing primary source verifications, immunization records, etc. and accurately loading provider information in the Credentialing portal
  2. Collaborate with recruiters to obtain credentialing requirements per client
  3. Review credentialing application for completeness, log and request missing documentation
  4. Work closely with candidates and recruiters to obtain all required compliance documentation prior to candidate’s start date
  5. Manage quick turnaround times to meet required deadlines
  6. Coordinate with clients’ credentialing staff to confirm candidate’s compliance is documented correctly and in a timely manner
  7. Gather and maintain compliance items for our healthcare professionals
  8. Upload and track compliance items in the appropriate client portal
  9. Perform background checks with our screen services
  10. Schedule necessary testing and immunizations (drug tests, MMR, Varicella, etc.)
  11. Complete all required documentation and file accordingly files and in our internal system
  12. Maintain files for any upcoming expiring documents
  13. Have a deep understanding of the Joint Commission certification

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. HS Diploma required. Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  2. Knowledge of The Joint Commission, federal and state regulations
  3. Minimum two years of credentialing experience required
  4. Prior experience in Staffing industry is preferred
  5. Certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
  6. Must have a working knowledge of credentialing and privileging procedures and standards and have an exceptional attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  8. Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems
  9. Detailed oriented and able to shift focus as needed
  10. Take initiative to see areas of improvement

Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, Anders Group has an opportunity for you to join one of the fastest growing Healthcare Staffing Companies in the industry. Anders Group is looking for an organized and dedicated Junior Recruiter to support a Senior Recruiter’s book of business. The Junior Recruiter will screen candidates and clients as directed and master client portals and software to deliver high quality nurses and allied healthcare professionals (each, a “Traveler”) for assignment with Anders Group’s clients. The Junior Recruiter must work well under direction and have excellent customer service/communication skills. The Junior Recruiter will routinely report to a Senior Recruiter regarding the status of work projects, scheduling and participate in training as directed.

What the Junior Recruiter does every day:

Job Responsibilities

  1. Utilize multiple recruiting tools to enhance Senior Recruiter’s growing pipeline of potential traveler candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
  2. Conduct calls, follow up with job board applicants, and track availability dates as part of sourcing potential traveler candidates within the healthcare sector for possible hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
  3. Screen, interview, and assess potential traveler candidates at various levels via telephone, text and email by building rapport and lasting relationships.
  4. Create, organize and schedule tasks and follow ups for Senior Recruiter’s candidates and clients.
  5. Learn and master multiple VMS (Vendor Management Systems) to assist in submitting applicable candidates, providing accurate feedback and timely follow ups as needed.
  6. Follow up with clients to build relationships, request additional information and follow up as needed.
  7. Schedule any and all necessary travel and assignment needs for candidates including Flights, rental cars etc.
  8. Educate potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with Anders Group and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
  9. Search for and identify potential opportunities for assignment of potential traveler candidates.
  10. Assist Compliance, Payroll etc in collecting Senior Recruiters’ candidate’s/clients compliance items, timecards and any other.
  11. Secure in a timely manner and verify documentation necessary for Travelers to commence their assignment with an Anders Group client.

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related experience, preferably in the health care or sales industries preferred.
  2. Healthcare staffing experience preferred.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook.
  4. Sales mentality with closing ability.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing all billing for larger, assigned MSP accounts
  2. Enter and verify time on a weekly basis per external clients requirements
  3. Create and review invoices for to ensure billing accuracy
  4. Respond to inquiries promptly by phone and email from external clients to resolve time processing and billing discrepancies.
  5. Build client relationships to maintain proper communication.
  6. Address unpaid invoices via phone or email with clients to ensure timely payment
  7. Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance and process improvement
  8. Assist Accounting department with projects as needed.
  9. Work quickly and efficiently, with minimal oversight to accomplish assigned duties.
  10. Ability to work independently

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. Healthcare staffing billing experience including various MSP
  2. HS Diploma required
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
