US-64 and US-550 organize daily life in Farmington, NM: groceries, services, and most of the housing options line up along the same corridors that carry the commutes. Hospital-based and outpatient diagnostic imaging sit on opposite sides of the city, which makes the assignment address the first thing to check. Aztec, Bloomfield, and Kirtland extend the housing search along those same roads. The clinical work, from imaging to rehab and speech therapy, draws from the Animas and San Juan valleys and a wide stretch of the Four Corners, so caseloads reflect a scattered rural region. High-desert country starts at the city's edge, and there's enough open light out here that even routine drives feel like part of the deal.
