My recruiting philosophy is simple: put people first and execute with precision. I partner closely with clinicians and healthcare organizations to ensure the right fit, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through because quality placements drive better outcomes for everyone.
I have personally seen the negative impact understaffed hospitals have on patient care. I find purpose in knowing that I, and the providers I work with, are helping make a meaningful difference.
When I’m off work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, fitness, cooking, spending time with family/pets, reading, sports 🙂

Anders Group has been my first traveling company. I have been very fortunate to have Josh Davis as my recruiter. Every detail of my job has been great and every need I have – Josh has gotten right on the job and fixed it for me. I would highly recommend this organization and will continue to work for them for a long time to come.
Great company to work for. I've been with them for a year now. Melissa is an awesome recruiter. She is very honest. She works hard to get what you ask for. The best company and recruiter I've had so far.
Anders Group is like a family away from home. No matter what the problem my recruiter has always been prompt and willing to help in whatever way possible, and goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting what I need as a traveler. My recruiter has always been upfront with everything and helped me understand how traveling truly works. She is more than a recruiter and will always be a true friend! I cannot scream loud enough how wonderful this company is to work for! It is the ONLY company to work for!
