This Outpatient travel nurse job in New Haven, Connecticut, is a 10-week Registered Nurse (RN) assignment with Anders Group. This role pays $2,362 per week and follows a day shift with a 5x8 schedule.

In this travel nursing job, you will assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, document care accurately, respond to changes in condition, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements for this Travel Outpatient Assignment

  • 2+ years of recent Outpatient experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Connecticut RN license or Compact License, if applicable
  • Current BLS certification, or the approved specialty-specific standard

Responsibilities for Outpatient travel job:

  • Provide bedside nursing care in the Outpatient unit
  • Create and update individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
  • Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
